Bellevue Makeover

This repeat client purchased this home to be closer to family, but its original condition required a complete transformation to support long-term living. USI modified the footprint, upgraded windows and flooring, and redesigned the layout to improve function and flow throughout.

By removing the existing fireplace, this allowed the kitchen to be reconfigured with larger perimeter footprint, a dedicated beverage bar, expanded pantry storage, and a new laundry/mini scullery designed for everyday convenience.

The master bathroom and powder room were thoughtfully renovated to enhance accessibility, featuring a spacious, handicap-ready shower and additional storage.

Exterior improvements included removing overgrown trees and updating the landscaping to resolve drainage issues while creating a cleaner, more polished curb appeal.
