Bellevue Makeover

This repeat client purchased the home to be closer to family, but its original condition required a complete reimagining to become his forever home. USI transformed the space by modifying the footprint, upgrading windows and flooring, and redesigning the layout for improved function and flow.

Removing the fireplace allowed for a reconfigured kitchen featuring a dedicated beverage bar, expanded pantry storage, and a new laundry/mini-scullery area. The primary bath and powder room were renovated to enhance accessibility, with a spacious, handicap-ready shower and added storage.

Exterior improvements included the removal of overgrown trees and landscaping to resolve water issues and create a cleaner, more polished curb appeal.
