This client wanted to upgrade their single vanity bathroom to accommodate a double vanity. By relocating the laundry closet that sat behind the back wall, USI was able to repurpose that area to create a dedicated water closet. This change allowed us to reconfigure the layout—transforming the original single-vanity setup into a spacious double vanity with added toilet privacy.

To maximize functionality, we removed the tub and designed a shower-only footprint, which provided the additional space needed to comfortably integrate the new double vanity. We also incorporated recessed medicine cabinets, offering significantly more storage than before and making this shared bathroom far more efficient and user-friendly.
