This client envisioned an open-concept living space that offered a larger, more functional kitchen while still maintaining a sense of separation for entertaining.

By keeping the dining room in its original location, opening the walls between the kitchen and living room, and relocating the fireplace, USI was able to dramatically expand the kitchen, increase "usable space" and create a smooth, practical flow—perfect for a passionate cook.
