By renovating the master bath, USI's team was able to address the subfloor issues and update the space to have a more congruent style in alignment with the newly renovated remaining spaces.

Updates in the kitchen included: new cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplash and light fixtures, while incorporating an updraft hood which it did not have previously.

In the dining room, we added a new light fixture and detailed trim work onto walls to allow for a more elevated, formal space... versus plain drywall.
