Franklin Freshen up

This client was not a fan of the original tile selection in the master bath, the stairwell, most of the light fixtures and the paint in the main space just to name a few (see before photos at the end). By doing a master bath refresh, keeping the same foot print and re-using only the cabinets and glass, USI was able to create a beautiful transformation in this space.

For the stairwell, adding a cute honeycomb neutral runner, wrought iron balustrades and new light fixture, this stairwell looks modern, yet elegant.

Lastly, although much of the furnishings were not in for this photoshoot- you can appreciate the light fixtures and paint changed in each room which gave this space a gorgeous update.
