This client is an empty nester who purchased a new home to begin the second phase of their lives. While they wanted to reuse some items from their old home, they really wanted to embrace the styling of the new home by purchasing new pieces to create more cohesiveness.
USI was able to revamp the "home office" into a secondary entertaining zone for coffee in the morning or cocktails at night. This client loves this space for expanded entertaining as well..
The living room had some challenges with the depth, so USI was able to incorporate oversize furniture without feeling congested to accommodate the entertaining needs.
As for the kitchen and breakfast nook, USI was able to create style and functionality to this challenging island shaped & space.
Lastly, while re-using the formal dining room table suit, USI was able to tone down the cherry tones to create more cohesiveness look with this white oak, light color home.
Check out all the before at the end.
