Brentwood Kitchen, Powder & Mudroom Reno

This repeat client was ever so kind as to trust USI for yet another renovation in her home, ( # 4 to be exact).

As you can tell from the before and after photos, a full kitchen renovation, a newly erected mudroom and powder room was the mission of this project.

By redesigning the oversized powder room into the very small laundry room location, AND relocating the laundry room into the master suite (previous project), USI was able to maximize this space to allow for a more proportioned-sized powder room, allowing for the mudroom to be created.

Points of interest:

*maximized footprint in the kitchen

*tons of extra storage utilizing pantry towers, to ceiling cabinets etc.

*more functional window seating

*secondary sink prep zone in the island

*mudroom cubbies for the homeowner and guests

*utility tower in powder bath for extra storage
