Brentwood Handicap Bathroom

This client desired a functional yet stylish handicap bathroom.

By taking a little space from the adjacent bedroom to result in a slightly larger bathroom footprint, USI was able to meet ADA requirements for wheelchair mobility.

Reinforcing the walls with blocking for multiple handicap bars, incorporating a wall mounted sink and a curb-less shower, allows for this client ease in maneuverability.

Pretty penny tile not only finishes this space with beauty but allows for more grout lines resulting in better (necessary) tactile feedback on wet surfaces.
