This couple wanted to update the master bath and kitchen of their newly purchased second home to accommodate their golden years.

By slightly widening the shower and adding handicaps bars, updating the height of the vanities and the commode, this newly remodeled bathroom space resulted in a more user friendly space.

In this compact kitchen, USI was able to redesign and utilize the previous water heater closet to maximize this kitchen space. By removing the original dark oak cabinets and replacing them with lighter cabinets to the ceiling to maximize storage, USI was able to result in a much more brighter, functional kitchen.
