This homeowner desired an update to their home with a modern, yet, rustic vibe that would allow for a nice pairing to their existing furnishings. They also wanted to open up the space between rooms to allow for a less compartmental feel, for they did not want to use the formal living room.

By re-desiging the space, USI was able to convert the existing formal living room into a dining room and utilize the old dining room space for larger kitchen. The result? An amazing use of space and plenty of room to entertain.
