Franklin Kitchen & LR Reno

This homeowner desired a major overhaul to their kitchen & living space. Originally there was a wall between the two rooms, the original hardwoods were blond (turned orange) and the house felt very compartmentalized. (See before photos).

By removing the wall but still keeping most of the original footprint, changing the floor color, the wall color and redesigning the kitchen, USI was able to create an open concept that is not only gorgeous, but a better use of their space.
