USI's goal was to maximize the compact space, while creating a beautiful environment that made their clients feel like they needed to sip on some sweet tea.

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine.
